The number of interments which may be made upon a lot shall be definitely fixed at the time of the purchase of such lot, and no additional interments shall be permitted therein without permission from Council. All arrangements of the location of graves upon a lot shall be as prescribed by the Caretaker in order to provide, insofar as possible, for uniformity in the Cemetery and burial layout.
