No body other than that of a human being shall be interred in the Cemetery. One day's notice shall be required for the preparation of a grave, except in the case of an emergency, and no casket shall be opened at the grave unless permission to do so is obtained in advance from the Caretaker. No interment shall be performed on Sundays or on general holidays, except in the case of an emergency arising to the parties interested in the burial, as distinguished from an emergency arising as a result of a contagious disease or by order of the County Board of Health.
