(a) Authority to Contract for Services. The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to contract out to a private concern the opening and closing of graves in the Cemetery.

(b) Compliance Required. Contractors and their workmen shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the Caretaker, and all work shall be done under the direction of the Caretaker.
(c) Removal of Debris; Cleaning of Markers. Crating, boxes and packing material, together with any other debris brought into the Cemetery, shall be removed by the contractor. The marker shall be cleaned by the contractor before he leaves the job.
