1062.02 STORAGE; DISPOSAL; DUMPING.

There shall be no radioactive, carcinogenic nor hazardous materials stored, disposed of nor dumped within the City. The disposal and dumping shall include permanent and temporary situations. The storage shall not include temporary situations of less than seventy-two hours.
