(a) The rate of three dollars and thirty cents ($3.30) is hereby established for 1,000 gallons of water supplied to bulk haulers from the water supply of the City. Such water shall be drawn from the hydrant situated in the vicinity of the Police and Fire Stations in the City.
(b) The minimum amount purchased shall be 100 gallons at thirty-three cents (33¢) per gallon.
