890.03 SCHEDULE OF QUARTERLY REDUCTIONS.

(a) If application for registration is made prior to July 16, the full tax of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid.

(b) If application is made on or after July 16 and prior to October 16, three- fourths of the tax of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid.

(c) If application is made on or after October 16 and prior to January 16, one- half of the tax of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid.

(d) If application is made on or subsequent to January 16 and prior to April 16, one fourth of the tax of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid.
