(a) Should the Service Director determine that the funds generated by the sticker registration tag fee do not cover the cost of administration of this chapter, he may, with approval of Council, increase such fee.
(b) The Service Director shall cause to be issued to the income tax office, a list of all private snow removal firms and individuals who annually register pursuant to the provisions and requirements of this chapter. Such list shall be forwarded to the income tax office no later than April 1 of each year.
