Grounds for suspension or revocation of the license of a private investigator are:
(a) Violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749;
(b) Being convicted of a felony or offense involving moral turpitude;
(c) Giving a false statement to a police officer;
(d) Giving false testimony or perjury; or
(e) Violating any regulation of the Ohio Director of Commerce governing the conduct of the business of private investigation.
