Any person who engages in the business of private investigation or the business of private security services shall use or wear no name tags, distinctive uniform, cap, badge or buttons until the form, design and color thereof has first been submitted to and approved by the City Manager/Safety Director and a record thereof sufficient to identify the users thereof has been made by the City Manager/Safety Director. Such uniform, or any part thereof, shall not resemble the uniform of the Division of Police.
