840.05 IMITATION OF OFFICIAL UNIFORMS.

No person who is not a member of the Division of Police or the Division of Fire and Rescue shall wear a uniform, cap, badge or buttons similar to, or in imitation of, the official uniform, cap, badge or buttons in use at any time by the members of such Divisions.
