828.10 REVOCATION OF PERMIT; APPEAL.

The City Manager is hereby granted authority to revoke any permit when it appears that fraud or misrepresentation was practiced in obtaining a permit. An appeal from the decision of the City Manager to revoke a permit shall lie to the Board of Zoning Appeals, which Board shall have the power and authority to review revocations.
