806.01 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter, "coin-operated amusement device" means any amusement machine or device operated by inserting a coin, token or similar object for the purpose of amusement or skill or for the playing of which a fee is charged. "Coin- operated amusement device" does not include vending machines in which there are no incorporated gaming or amusement features nor does the term include any coin-operated musical device.
