(a) No person in a park shall:
(1) Hours. Be in the park areas except between the hours of sunrise and 11:00 p.m. or during such periods when the park area is closed by the Director of Parks and Recreation and so posted, except City personnel conducting City business therein or by specific permission of the Director.
(2) Group activities. Use the park facilities for any particular group or pur pose such as picnics, parties or theatrical performances unless or until a representative of such group association or organization makes proper application, not less than thirty nor more than one hundred eighty days before the date of such event, providing the Director with sufficient In formation and agreed provisions to assure that the group, association or organization will not interfere with the general use of the park and adjacent property for the individual members of the public and thereby is issued a permit.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
