(a) No person in a park shall:
(1) Bring any horse, cow or farm animal or any wild and/or dangerous animal into any park.
(2) Permit any animal to be in any park unless such animal is on a leash not more than six feet long.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
