676.05 RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
   (a)   No person shall:
      (1)   Picnic areas and use. Picnic or lunch in a place other than those designated for that purpose.
      (2)   Duty of picnicker. Leave a picnic area before the fire is completely extinguished and before all trash in the nature of boxes, papers, cans, bottles, garbage and other refuse is placed in the disposal receptacles where provided. If no such trash receptacles are available, then refuse and trash shall be carried away from the park area by the picnicker to be properly disposed of elsewhere.

      (3)   Activities.
         A.   Engage in activities in areas specifically prohibited by the Director of Parks and Recreation;
         B.   Ride a moped in any park area not specifically designed for vehicle access or parking; or
         C.   Attempt to play or practice golf within the park area.

      (4)   Assemblies. Engage in, participate in, aid, form or organize any assembly or group of people or make any speeches, or conduct any musical program or festival, in any park, unless a permit has been obtained from the Director and unless such permit is carried by the person heading or leading such activity; provided, however, that the provision hereof shall not apply to student's work when constituting a part of their educational activities, and under the immediate direction and supervision of the proper school authorities; or to any governmental agency within the scope of this function.
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
