(a) No person shall:
(1) Sanitation. Throw, discard or otherwise place, or cause to be placed in the water of any fountain, pond, lake, stream or tributary, storm sewer or drainage flowing into such waters, any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid which will or may result in the pollution of such waters.
(2) Amusement for gain. Conduct an amusement for gain or for which a charge is made, without the consent of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
(3) Sales. Vend, sell, peddle or offer for sale any commodity or article within any park. Only employees and officials of the Park District or civic groups which have received prior permission from the Director may do so.
(4) Alms. Solicit alms or contributions for any purpose, whether public or private.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
