676.03 ADVERTISING ON PARK PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign, placard, adver tisement or inscription whatsoever, nor shall any person erect or cause to be erected any sign whatsoever on public lands or highways or roads adjacent to the park, provided that these provisions do not apply to any authorized government official in pursuit of any official duty.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
