(a) No person shall throw, shoot, force, cast or sling by hand or by means of a slingshot, air gun or other arm or implement any stone or piece of lead or copper or other hard substance, missile or pellet upon any street, alley, lane or public place or on or across the property of another within the City. This section, as it relates to non-public property, does not apply to persons exempted elsewhere in the Codified Ordinances or persons exempted upon the prior written approval of the Safety Director, subject to the approval of the property owner.

(b) No person shall purposely or knowingly throw a stone or other substance or shoot a missile at or from a motor vehicle upon any street, alley, lane or other public place In the City.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of propelling missiles, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
