612.14 GIFTS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (a)   No holder of a permit shall give away any beer or intoxicating liquor of any kind or description at any time in connection with his business.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
