612.13 ENTERTAINERS UNDER NINETEEN YEARS OF AGE.

(a) No owner or operator of any establishment wherein beer or intoxicating liquor is sold shall employ or permit any person under the age of nineteen to perform or entertain in such establishment.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
