(a) No person shall take or possess any beer or intoxicating liquor into or upon any City property, park, public building, dance hall, public school property or other place where the public is permitted to assemble in the City except at the Brunswick Community Recreation and Fitness Center in compliance with the City of Brunswick Alcohol Policy, as may be amended from time to time.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be provided in Section 698.02.
