606.25 REFUSAL TO OBEY SUBPOENA.
   (a)   No person, having been served with a subpoena, shall willfully fall to obey it.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of refusal to obey a subpoena, a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided In Section 698.02.
