474.16 OPERATION OF MOTORIZED BICYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall operate, drive, ride or use a motorcycle or motorized bicycle, as defined in Sections 402.20 and 402.05(b) respectively, upon any public or private property which is not a public street or highway or upon any private street or driveway except that this section shall not apply where such motorcycle or motorized bicycle is being operated, driven, ridden or used upon private property by the owner of such property or by an authorized visitor when such visitor is accompanied by or has a written authorization in his possession from the owner of such property to operate, drive, ride or use a motorcycle or motorized bicycle upon such private property.
   (b)   The applicable provisions of this Traffic Code shall be applied to the operation of motorcycles or motorized bicycles upon public streets and highways.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
