474.15 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS.

It is hereby declared to be the intent of this chapter that the parents or guardian of any minor under the age of eighteen years be legally responsible for such minor in the observance of the provisions of this chapter and legally responsible for any violation thereof.
