§ 94.34 FAILURE OF OWNER TO REPAIR SIDEWALK.
   If the sidewalk is not constructed in the manner and within the time set forth in the resolution of necessity pursuant to § 94.33, the municipality may cause the sidewalk to be constructed and make assessments for the sidewalk pursuant to § 94.35 of this subchapter.
