§ 94.34 FAILURE OF OWNER TO REPAIR SIDEWALK.
   If the sidewalk is not constructed in the manner and within the time set forth in the resolution of necessity pursuant to §94.32, the municipality may cause the sidewalk to be constructed and make assessments for the sidewalk pursuant to §94.35 of this subchapter.
