§ 52.03 TRASH FUND.
   The revenues collected by the town from the monthly user fees and any reimbursement for clean-up costs shall be deposited in a separate, non-reverting, perpetual fund called Trash Fund. This Fund shall be established for the purpose of accounting and paying for the costs of collecting, disposing, and recycling of solid waste. When necessary, the Town Council may approve additional operating transfers into this Fund.
