(A) At no time will a dwelling unit be classified as less than one EDU. For making connections to the sewage works, the owner of any lot, parcel of real estate, or building being connected to the sewage works shall pay the following connection charges:
(1) Residential sewer connection.
(a) Single family.
1. Inside town limits: $1,200.
2. Outside town limits: $1,800.
(b) Multi family.
1. Per EDU inside town limits: $1,200.
2. Per EDU outside town limits: $1,800.
(2) Commercial/industrial sewer connection.

(B) In addition to the connection charges listed in division (A), the owner of any lot, parcel of real estate or building being connected to the sewage works or any public sewer or appurtenance needing relocated or altered shall pay for any engineering or similar fees that the town incurs to evaluate the proposed connection as it relates to feasibility, capacity, design, review or inspection costs.
