§ 51.048 PERMIT DECISIONS.
The Superintendent will promptly evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information if the submitted application is incomplete or if the additional information is reasonably deemed necessary for evaluation of the impact of the discharge upon the operation of the municipal wastewater treatment plant or the receiving waters. Within 60 days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Superintendent will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit, or to provide notice that a permit will not be required for the discharge. The Superintendent may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit for cause, including reasons that would form a basis for permit revocation, or where the wastewater would be expected to have adverse impacts on the municipal wastewater treatment plant or its operations.
