If sampling performed by a user indicates a violation of discharge limitations that is not subject to the reporting obligations of § 51.028, the user must notify the Superintendent within five days of becoming aware of the violation. Unless waived by the Superintendent, the user shall also repeat the sampling and analysis and submit the results of the repeat analysis to the Superintendent within 30 days after becoming aware of the violation.
