§ 51.022 PRETREATMENT FACILITIES.

(A) Users shall provide wastewater treatment as necessary to comply with all applicable limits on discharge of industrial sewage to the sewage works under this chapter. Compliance with the discharge limits shall be achieved at the time a user commences discharge to the sewage works.

(B) Any pretreatment facilities necessary for compliance shall be provided, operated, and maintained at the user’s expense.
