Any person who recklessly, knowingly, intentionally, maliciously, willfully, or negligently breaks, damages, uncovers, defaces, or tampers with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works without the consent of the town commits a violation of this chapter and is subject to immediate prosecution for the violation.
