§ 100.01 PROHIBITION OF DISCHARGING FIREARMS WITHIN TOWN LIMITS.

In order to protect the persons and property of the citizens of the town, and in order to better protect the peace and quietude of the community, it is declared unlawful for any person to discharge, fire, or shoot a firearm, or any other device whereby a projectile is propelled by the explosive power of gun powder, within the limits of the town.
