Section 50.04 of the code of ordinances reads:
(A) It is the duty of all persons owning any premises within the town to maintain the premises in a reasonably clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
(B) No persons shall store, place, or dispose of, on, or in any premises within the town for a period of time longer than seven continuous days any garbage, rubbish, or solid waste that is unclean, unsightly, unsanitary, a fire hazard, offensive to the senses of the users of any public way in the town, or offensive to the senses of persons occupying neighboring premises within the town.

This unclean or unsanitary condition must be corrected within ten days of the date you receive this notice. In the event you have not corrected this situation, the town may take action to remedy the situation as explained in §§ 50.05 and 50.06 of the code of ordinances, which includes the collection of attorney’s fees.
For your convenience and to ensure that there is no mistake concerning your rights and obligations, a copy of the chapter in question is attached.
Please correct this situation immediately.
