§ 50.04 REMOVAL OF UNSANITARY WASTE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It is the duty of all persons owning any premises within the town to maintain the premises in a reasonably clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
   (B)   No person shall store, place, or dispose of, on, or in any premises within the town for a period of time longer than seven continuous days any garbage, rubbish, or solid waste that is unclean, unsightly, unsanitary, a fire hazard, offensive to the senses of the users of any public way in the town, or offensive to the senses of persons occupying neighboring premises within the town.
