§ 154.052 APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND REVIEW.
   Proposals for construction of streets as part of a platted subdivision shall be submitted to the Town Board as an integral part of any application for approval of a plat.
   (A)   The Town Council shall have responsibility for the approval of the layout and aesthetic design of all street construction associated with a subdivision and the responsibility for the approval of the accompanying public utilities.
   (B)   The technical aspects of the construction of streets proposed within a proposed plat shall conform to the full provisions of this chapter.
      (1)   Any request or application shall be in accordance with § 154.002 of this chapter.
      (2)   The procedures for application and the schedule for review of the technical aspects of the construction of proposed new streets or proposed lengthening or improvement of existing streets associated with a subdivision shall be as described in this chapter.
