§ 154.034 HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE SIDEWALKS.
   Handicapped accessible sidewalks shall be installed at the expense of the applicant on at least one side of any street unless waived by the Town Council. The most recent revision of the State Department of Transportation standard specifications, shall be applicable to all sidewalks.
