(A) A “Reserve Police Officer Fund” is hereby created into which may be paid all grant monies received by the police reserve, any and all gifts and donations, and all other monies, regardless of the source, which may be paid to the reserve police officers.
(B) Withdrawals from the Fund shall be only as approved by the Town Council. The records for such fund shall be kept by the Clerk-Treasurer.
