When written notice of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter has been served on the property owner, agent, occupant, contractor, or builder, such violation shall be discontinued. Unless the Town Council specifies a particular time by which the violation must be removed, it shall be assumed that each day the violation continues constitutes a separate violation.
