§ 153.50 STOP ORDERS.

   The Town Council or its designee may issue a stop order commanding that work on a sign cease if:

   (A)   The sign requires a permit and none has been issued;

   (B)   The sign violates any provision of this chapter; or

   (C)   The continuation of the work otherwise threatens public safety.
