§ 153.37 ISSUANCE OF SIGN PERMIT.
   (A)   The Town Council shall, within 30 days of the filing of the completed application, grant such permit if, and only if:
      (1)   The application contains all necessary information;
      (2)   There is provided proof that the electrical work will be done by a qualified electrician, if the sign requires electrical service; and
      (3)   The sign complies with this chapter, all other town ordinances, and all applicable state and federal law.
   (B)   The Town Council may grant a permit on the condition that the work be stopped at specified times to permit inspections.
      (1)   If the Town Council denies such permit, the reasons therefor shall be stated to the applicant.
      (2)   If the Town Council fails to take any action within 30 days, the application is deemed denied. All denials are appealable pursuant to § 153.56.
