§ 153.21 TEMPORARY SIGNS.
   Temporary signs, such as construction signs, or signs in connection with a business or venture being carried on in a temporary location, shall be authorized by the Town Council for not more than two months at a time by written permit which shall show the size, shape, content, height, type of construction and locations of such sign and the period of authorization upon a finding by the Town Council, on the basis of written information furnished by the applicant, that the proposed sign or signs are necessary for the direction of the public and not contrary to the spirit and purpose of this chapter.
