§ 153.03 ADMINISTRATION.

The Town Council shall have the power to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Town Council may, in its discretion and with its consent, delegate and assign such administrative, enforcement, and inspection duties hereunder to the Police Department, the Fire Department, or other appropriate person or agency.
