§ 152.60 DESIGNATION OF BOARD OF ZONING AND APPEALS (PLAN COMMISSION).
   The Town Council, acting as the Board of Zoning and Appeals (Plan Commission), shall hear and decide appeals and requests for variances from requirements of this chapter.
