§ 33.04 PAYMENT OF CIVIL PENALTIES.

(A) The Violations Clerk shall receive, receipt, and account for the payment of the civil penalties under procedures provided for by the State Board of Accounts.

(B) The payment of civil penalties designated under this schedule may be made in person, by mail, or to those individuals and/or places designated by the Violations Clerk.
