§ 33.03 SCHEDULE OF PENALTIES.

   The following ordinance violations are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk and the amount of the civil penalties to be assessed.

Abandoned/junk vehicles Chapter 92	$75 if paid within 7 days, $100 thereafter
Obstructions of streets and ways Chapter 91	$25 if paid within 7 days, $100 thereafter
Park regulations Chapter 93	$75 if paid within 7 days, $100 thereafter
Parking restriction and parking schedules Chapters 72 and 75	$25 if paid within 7 days
Preferential street, stop streets, one-way streets and alleys, and u-turns Chapter 74	$75 if paid within 7 days
Sign violations Chapter 153	Up to $50 per day
Speed regulations and speed limits Chapters 71 and 74	$75 if paid within 7 days
Yielding to pedestrians Chapter 71	$75 if paid within 7 days
