§ 33.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BUREAU; DUTIES, RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   There is created and established the Ordinance Violations Bureau, which Bureau is granted all the duties, rights, and responsibilities as provided by state law.
