The Town Council or its designee shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a permit for a period not to exceed 30 days, if a permittee has knowingly violated any section of this chapter or has knowingly allowed an employee of the sexually oriented business to violate this chapter. The issuance of a written notice of intent to suspend shall not be a prerequisite to issuance of a written notice of intent to revoke a permit per § 112.42.
