§ 112.35 PERMITS; ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful, and a person is in violation of this chapter, if he or she operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a permit.
   (B)   The Town Council or its designee is responsible for granting, denying, revoking, renewing, suspending, and canceling sexually oriented business permits for proposed or existing sexually oriented businesses. The Town Council or its designee is also responsible for ascertaining whether a proposed sexually oriented business for which a permit is being applied for complies with all locational requirements of § 112.15 and all other applicable laws.
