§ 111.110 APPLICABILITY OF FCC PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Consumer protection/customer service provisions established by rule or regulation of the FCC are hereby adopted by the Town Council and shall be applicable to franchises to the extent that the rules do not conflict with the provisions of this section or the terms of the grantee’s franchise agreement. Inclusion of specific provisions in this section shall not be construed as indicating an intention to exclude other consumer protection/customer service provisions established by rule or regulation of the FCC from application to the grantee.
   (B)   The consumer protection/customer service provisions established by the FCC shall be enforceable by the town government along with the provisions of this chapter and the franchise agreement.
